Our team processes orders within 24-48 hours and they are processed during business days (Monday to Friday) with the exception of public holidays. During holiday periods, such as Christmas, we may experience a higher than normal volume and processing times may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship almost everywhere via USPS International. Fees will be applied according to the destination and weight of the order.

Will all of my items be shipped together?

We ship all items together at one time where possible. If any items are out of stock we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for the items we ship to you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number link which you can follow. You can also track your shipment from your account, just login to view.

My order still hasn’t arrived and it says shipped, what can I do?

The fastest way to find out the status of your package is to check your tracking number. If you’re still having trouble, send us an email and we’ll track it down:

I am unhappy with my Earthshake purchase, how do I get a refund or exchange?
We are 100% committed to making your kids happy. We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee (excluding single serve packets) so if you and your little ones aren't in love with Earthshake, you may return/exchange item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping, handling and/or other charges are not included in the refund.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs of item(s) and merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a store credit will be provided and should be processed within 2-3 business days.
