We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee (excluding single serve packets) so if you and your little ones aren't in love with Earthshake, you may return/exchange item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping, handling and/or other charges are not included in the refund.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs of item(s) and merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a store credit will be provided and should be processed within 2-3 business days.
