2 scoops Vanilla Earthshake
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (or regular milk if lactose is ok)
4 frozen or unfrozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen or unfrozen blueberries
4 frozen or unfrozen blackberries
2 tbsp rolled oats (optional)
6 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients except ice cubes into blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Blend in the ice cubes until no chunks remain.
