Oatmeal Banana Pancakes (flourless)

Ingredients

1-2 scoops Vanilla Earthshake (depending on how fluffy you want your pancakes)
1 ripe banana
2 egg whites
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tablespoon almond or coconut milk (add more if necessary)
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions

1. Mash banana then mix eggs and almond milk together in a bowl until smooth. Add Earthshake, oats, and cinnamon; mix batter well.
2. Spray coconut oil in a small pan over medium-low heat. Scoop batter onto the pan and cook until the center starts to bubble, about 30 seconds. Flip pancakes and cook until bottoms are lightly browned (approx 2-3 additional minutes).
