2 scoops Chocolate or Vanilla Earthshake
1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut milk (or regular milk if lactose is ok), or water


1. Place all ingredients into blender or shaker cup (mixes very easily).
2. Blend on low for watery shake or higher speed to make thicker.
