Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

2 scoops Chocolate Earthshake
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (or regular milk if lactose is ok)
1/2 cup Certified Gluten Free Oats
1 spoon nut butter of choice (or sun butter if allergic)
1/2 banana
6 ice cubes

Directions

1. Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
2. Give to your child ASAP before you drink it all yourself
