Ingredients

2 Scoops or 1 packet Vanilla Earthshake
1/4 cup Gluten Free Oats
1 cup milk or milk alternative
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 cup blueberries frozen or unfrozen

Directions

1. Place all ingredients except ice cubes into blender, and blend until smooth.
